(Pontiac, MI - March 11, 2006) Have A Drink Productions is proud to announce that the bar is officially back open! Super producer/emcee D-Nell seemed healthy, happy, and reenergized while taking a brief time out in the lab so cleverly coined ‘the Bar.’ Last year many obstacles arose for the budding Detroit talent. However, not even third degree burns, stolen equipment, or financial woes could dissuade this man’s life mission.

Wayne “Rock” Redmond told reporters “Nell has some new fire, when you think he’s sleeping, that’s when he’s working the hardest.” Redmond said to definitely to expect production for artists out side of the camp and some work with long time comrade J. Keys.

“I see now we were ahead of the times on certain levels. I was shopping a D-Nell beat CD back in 2001. Low and behold that same samples Nell used shows up on Mary’s (Mary J. Blige) new album. Ne-yo also used the same sample. I think we’ve grown a lot and we’re ready to bring a new spice to music.” said Redmond.

In between sampling and sequencing a very poignant D-Nell said “You don’t know how much you this means to you until you can’t do it. I made my favorite beat ever this week.” Reluctant to disclose all of his plans for the up coming months, Nell did say that he is serving up nice new round of beats but would not confirm his recording schedule or any release date at this time. He also alluded to the possibility of a name change.

But whatever the plans may be, it does seem quite clear that the musical drought is nearing an end. Get your cups…The Bar is Back Open!!
